For the woman who carries it all—it’s time to restore your nervous system.

You are the one everyone counts on—the doer, the fixer, the one holding the invisible threads of home and work together. But lately, ‘‘carrying it all,” has made you feel like you will break. Whether you are weighed down by anxiety, perfectionism, burn-out, or are struggling to navigate a major life change, it no longer feels sustainable.

I understand your feeling of overwhelm. I help women and teen girls (15+) overcome patterns of anxiety, overachieving and trauma to create peace within themselves and move forward in their lives with clarity and confidence.

Using somatic approaches including EMDR, I work with you directly at the root of the problem to heal stress and trauma stored in your nervous system.

You don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode. I am here to support you with compassion, wisdom and growth-oriented guidance as you transform from getting through it to fully thriving.

When one woman heals, generations can heal.

Understanding the patterns that have shaped you, your family of origin, as well as cultural or religious dynamics that have played a role, are a starting point for self-awareness, healing, and growth.

Therapy can help support you to identify these patterns, shift internalized negative beliefs, and develop positive ways of meeting your own emotional needs and setting healthy boundaries, even if you were not shown how growing up. The path isn’t always easy, but I promise to hold a steady light by your side as you walk towards the vision of yourself you know you can be and the life that you want to live.

Weekly therapy provides ongoing support and continuity as your life continues to unfold. We will meet weekly or bi-weekly, according to your needs and schedule. As needs change, sessions may occur less frequently.
