I help women and teen girls (15+) overcome anxiety and heal their past to uncover their authentic story and move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether you struggle with anxious thoughts, self-doubt or -criticism, relationship dynamics, grief, or are simply navigating a challenging life experience or transition, I can support you with compassion, wisdom and growth-oriented guidance.

Schedule a 15-minute complimentary consultation to discover whether therapy with me is the right fit. You may ask me questions about my approach or anything else about my practice or process to help you make your decision.

Begin your journey.

We will meet for an introductory assessment to help me understand your history and for us to create goals for our collaboration. Prior to this session, you will receive intake paperwork to complete via the Client Portal, a HIPPA-compliant platform for communication. We will then schedule individual sessions in my private office or virtually.

Experience relief.

Our time together will be adapted to your changing needs, Many clients find that they are able to begin achieving their goals in the first few months, while others continue to work through more complex challenges over a longer period of time. Over time, with consistency, you should find some relief from the overwhelm you are experiencing.
