What is EMDR?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy is a heavily researched, clinical intervention that goes beyond the surface for lasting healing. Unlike traditional therapy that focuses on talking through events, EMDR helps your brain resume its natural healing process.
